At Animalistic, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and with the highest level of service. We’ve partnered with DPD, a leading UK courier, to ensure reliable, fully tracked shipping to all parts of the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.
Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

Once dispatched, DPD aims to deliver within 1–2 working days, depending on your location.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Costs

Free Delivery is available on all orders over £120.

For orders under £120, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, in line with DPD's pricing structure.

Any additional delivery charges (e.g., for oversized or heavy items) will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We deliver across the entire United Kingdom, including:

Isle of Wight and other outlying areas (some remote postcodes may experience slightly longer delivery times)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking information from DPD. You’ll also receive updates, including a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery.
You can manage your delivery directly via the DPD tracking portal, including:

Changing the delivery date

Leaving the parcel in a safe place

Redirecting to a pickup shop
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery, DPD will provide instructions for redelivery or local collection. You can also manage missed deliveries through the DPD website or app.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Animalistic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item:

Is in its original condition

Is unused and unopened

Includes all original packaging, labels, and tags
To start a return, please contact us at [your email/contact form] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and a return address.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, variation, or alternative product, we’re happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. The item must meet the same return conditions as above.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Perishable goods (e.g., pet food or supplements)

Opened or used grooming products

Personal care items

Custom or special order items
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return postage.

If the return is due to a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, Animalistic will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items that go missing in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days via your original payment method.
